Colorado native, my family has been in Colorado
since 1873.
Having a proud 21 year reputation of "promises made
and kept" in the mortgage industry (all of them with
Universal Lending!!), I pride myself on making sure
that my clients get the consideration, professional
and honest treatment that they deserve.
Known as a "detail guy", I make sure that the many
things which assure a smooth transaction occur when
they are supposed to, to avoid frustration, delays
and as much stress as possible for all parties
involved in the process.
While operating firmly in the present and being a
believer in the many high tech tools that are
available to our industry, I strongly believe that
it is critical that I listen intently to the client
and ask the right questions to make sure that we
work together to provide the most appropriate
recommendations regarding the best financing
option(s) for each client and their current
situation!

many options and methods available to our customers
are researched adequately.
